Slumby Gizlilik Politikası

Veri Toplama

Slumby uygulaması hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulama:

• ✅ Kullanıcı adı, e-posta veya telefon numarası toplamaz
• ✅ Konum verileri toplamaz
• ✅ Kişisel kimlik bilgileri toplamaz
• ✅ Üçüncü taraf servislere veri göndermez
• ✅ Analytics veya tracking kullanmaz

Yerel Veri Depolama

Uygulama yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak şu bilgileri saklar:

• Ses Tercihleri: Son seçtiğiniz ses
• Ayarlar: Dil tercihi (Türkçe/İngilizce), tema ayarları (Aydınlık/Karanlık)
• Timer Ayarları: Zamanlayıcı tercihleri
• Intro Durumu: Onboarding ekranının gösterilip gösterilmeyeceği

Bu bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.

İzinler

Uygulama aşağıdaki izinleri kullanır:

• Audio Background Mode (iOS): Seslerin arka planda çalması için
• Wake Lock (Android): Seslerin ekran kilitliyken çalması için
• Foreground Service (Android): Seslerin arka planda çalması için

Bu izinler yalnızca uygulamanın temel işlevselliği (ses çalma) için kullanılır.

Üçüncü Taraf Servisler

Slumby hiçbir üçüncü taraf analytics, reklam veya tracking servisi kullanmaz. Uygulama tamamen offline çalışır.

Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Uygulama herkes için uygundur ve özellikle bebek uyutma için tasarlandığından çocuklar tarafından güvenle kullanılabilir.

Veri Güvenliği

Tüm veriler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Veriler şifrelenmez çünkü kişisel veya hassas bilgi içermez (sadece uygulama tercihleri).

Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilecektir. "Son Güncelleme" tarihi bu sayfanın üstünde belirtilmiştir.

The Slumby application does not collect any personal data. The app:

• ✅ Does not collect location data
• ✅ Does not collect personal identification information
• ✅ Does not send data to third-party services
• ✅ Does not use analytics or tracking

Local Data Storage

The app only stores the following information locally on your device:

• Sound Preferences: Last selected sound
• Settings: Language preference (Turkish/English), theme settings (Light/Dark)
• Timer Settings: Timer preferences
• Intro Status: Whether onboarding screen has been shown

This information is stored only on your device and is never sent to any server.

Permissions

The app uses the following permissions:

• Audio Background Mode (iOS): For sounds to play in the background
• Wake Lock (Android): For sounds to play when the screen is locked
• Foreground Service (Android): For sounds to play in the background

These permissions are used only for the app's core functionality (playing sounds).

Third-Party Services

Slumby does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app works completely offline.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is suitable for everyone and is designed especially for baby sleep, so it can be safely used by children.

Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device. Data is not encrypted because it does not contain personal or sensitive information (only app preferences).

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified within the app. The "Last Updated" date is indicated at the top of this page.
